CONTACT WEB FORM / EVENTS INFORMATION REQUEST

Objectives: Provide you with a means to contact us and respond to your information requests. If you check the acceptance box, send you communications with commercial and advertising information about products, services, activities, offers, and discounts from URH HOTELS establishments, including by electronic means.

Legitimation: The consent of the user when requesting information through our contact form and, if applicable, when checking the acceptance box for information sending.

Conservation: Until your request is resolved through our form or once answered by email, if it has not generated a new treatment. If you have accepted to receive commercial information, until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from the shipments.

REGISTRATION FORM TO OUR LOYALTY CLUB

Objective: Register you as a registered user in our loyalty program and provide you with access to its management platform so that you can benefit from the program’s promotions and benefits applicable to all group hotels, as well as send you communications with commercial and advertising information about products, services, activities, offers, and discounts from URH HOTELS establishments, including by electronic means.
The data will be processed by the parent company (URH HOTELIERS, S.L.) for the management of URH HOTELS loyalty program (“The Neighbourhood”) and sending communications with commercial and advertising information about the products, services, activities, offers, discounts, and promotions of all URH HOTELS group companies and that can be enjoyed in each of our hotels.

Legitimation: Agreement with the registered person and legitimate interest in keeping registered users informed of the URH HOTELS loyalty program.

Conservation: Until the registered person requests to unsubscribe from the loyalty program and subsequently during the legally required retention periods to address any eventual responsibilities.

ONLINE RESERVATION FORM

Book without joining / Non-member of the Club:

    • Objectives: Manage and process your stay reservation at the selected hotel and, if applicable, the guarantee and/or payment of it, as well as facilitate the management and monitoring of it. If you check the acceptance box, send you communications with commercial and advertising information about products, services, activities, offers, and discounts from URH HOTELS establishments, including by electronic means.
    • Legitimation: Execution of the reservation agreement with the user and consent of the interested party when checking the acceptance box for sending information.
    • Recipients: Parent company and companies of the URH HOTELS group for commercial shipments and for reasons of business organization and coordination and internal administration and, if applicable, legally provided assignments.
    • Conservation: During the reservation period, if it has not generated a new treatment, and once it is finished, during the legally required retention periods to address any eventual responsibilities. If you have accepted to receive commercial information, until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from the shipments.

 

Book and join / Club Member:

    • Objectives: Manage and process your stay reservation at the selected hotel and, if applicable, the guarantee and/or payment of it, as well as facilitate the management and monitoring of it. NEWSLETTER SHIPPING

Objectives: Sending our commercial newsletter and informative and advertising communications about the products, services, activities, offers, and discounts of URH HOTELS, including by electronic means.
The data will be processed by the parent company (URH HOTELIERS, S.L.) for sending the corporate newsletter and communications with commercial and advertising information about the products, services, activities, offers, discounts, and promotions of all URH HOTELS group companies.

Legitimation: The consent of the interested party when subscribing to our newsletter shipments.

Conservation: Until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from our shipments.

SENDING CV BY EMAIL OR APPLICATION FOR JOB OFFERS

Objectives: Have your resume to participate in current and future personnel selection processes of URH HOTELS group companies, create job profiles and verify the provided references.

Legitimation: Consent of the candidate when sending their CV spontaneously. Application of pre-contractual measures in case of a job offer.

Conservation: During the development of personnel selection processes and, if the CV has been sent spontaneously, for a maximum of 1 year for future processes.

EMAIL SENDING

Objectives: Respond to your information requests, attend to your requests and answer your queries or doubts.

Legitimation: The consent of the user when requesting information through the contact email addresses.

Conservation: Until answering your request by email, if it has not generated a new treatment.

CHECK-IN IN URH HOTELS:

Objectives: Process and manage your stay at the selected hotel and the associated services, carry out administrative and billing procedures, keep a historical record of customers to facilitate future stays and conduct satisfaction surveys on the services provided. If applicable, manage the additional activities and/or services contracted and send commercial information, about products, services, offers, discounts, and promotions of URH HOTELS establishments, including by electronic means.

Legitimation: Execution of the service contract (accommodation), legitimate interest in facilitating future stays for regular customers and evaluating the services provided and, if applicable, consent of the interested party when checking the acceptance box for sending information or legitimate interest in keeping informed the registered persons in the URH HOTELS loyalty club.

Recipients: Parent company and companies of the URH HOTELS group for commercial shipments and for reasons of business organization and coordination and internal administration and, if applicable, legally provided assignments (the data related to the same together with the information from your identity document will be transferred to the Forces of authority by legal obligation). If applicable, other operators or third parties for the reservation and management of contracted additional activities or services.

Conservation: During your stay and as long as the client relationship is maintained and, unless indicated otherwise, at most, for 5 years from your last stay. Once the relationship is finished, your data will be kept blocked during the legally required periods to address any eventual responsibilities. In the case of satisfaction surveys, as long as the evaluation of the services provided lasts. If you have accepted to receive commercial information, until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from the shipments.

Obligation to provide your personal data and consequences of not doing so.

Providing personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years and/or having sufficient legal capacity to contract, except in the case of registration in the “The Neighbourhood” loyalty program, which requires a minimum age of 18 years.

The personal data requested are necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the products and services that you may contract, so if you do not provide them, we will not be able to assist you correctly or provide the requested service.

Any user or interested party, when providing personal data of third parties, declares responsibly that they have their consent and have provided them with all the necessary information about the purposes and how their personal data will be processed. It is absolutely forbidden to provide personal data of children under 14 years old without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

Your data is confidential, will only be used internally for the indicated purposes, and will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or in the following cases:

  • To the competent Authority forces by legal obligation.
  • If applicable, to operators, intermediaries, or third parties necessary for management derived from the reservation and stay and/or for the reservation, contracting, and provision of contracted additional activities, excursions, or other services.
  • If applicable, to the company to which the guest belongs in professional trips, for the confirmation, management, and billing of reservations and stays.

  • Among the companies of the URH HOTELS group, all of them dedicated to tourism and hospitality services, for reasons of business organization and coordination, internal administration, to provide the contracted services, provide all kinds of information, and resolve any clarification or doubt, as well as send commercial and advertising communications about the products, services, offers, discounts, and promotions of all hotels managed by URH HOTELS.
  • Candidate data: URH HOTELS group companies to provide the best contracting conditions and, if applicable, to personnel selection companies for the assessment of candidacies.

RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Any person can withdraw their consent at any time, when it has been granted for the processing of their data. In no case does the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the subscription contract or the relationships generated previously.

Also, you can exercise the following rights:

  • Request access to your personal data or its rectification when they are inaccurate.
  • Request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Request the limitation of their treatment in certain circumstances.
